At a very young age I started associating Continental, Thai & Chinese food with everything good that ever happened, a good result meant a lasagna or a pizza, a birthday meant a Thai curry or Chicken Chowmein & so on...nothing can beat a Nihari for sunday brunch or Gajar ka Halwa in the winters,but my love for a cheesy,tangy lasagna shall always remain.
My search for the right lasagna & the perfect Thai curry, led me to start experimenting with online recipes. Believe me when I say there have been major recipe fails,(curries so spicy, I thought my tongue would fall out!) but that never stopped me.
Now I think I have reached such a level in my "training", that I can share the food I have learnt to cook, with individuals other than my family & friends.
